Pavan prior to Joining Lorhan as an Executive Vice President & CIO led multiple cutting-edge IT Digital & Business transformation initiatives for more than a decade and half with increased leadership responsibilities year over year. During his tenure (Verizon), a fortune 50 company witnessed growth from few million customers in 2004 to 150+ million in 2018 to become Nation’s largest customer base.
Pavan offers a dynamic mix of leadership, IT expertise and business acumen in driving IT innovation and business growth for 17+. Pavan’s Innovative mindset created multiple high performing teams and solutions to improve various business functions. He Led many Digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (Voice/Chat BOTS and RPA), Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, and E-commerce solutions. Prior to that he worked for Experian and Visa-Inovant as a technical lead/consultant.
Pavan holds MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University USA, MS from Philadelphia University USA, and an Engineering Bachelors from Shivaji University India. Pavan was nominated for various technology and leadership strategy programs including University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School of Business to achieve “Circle of Professional development” between 2014 and 2017.
Pavan currently serves on a non-profit board in USA that cares for children and charity to make this world a better place to live.
